We are a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company targeting airway and systemic inflammation mediated by dehydrated upper-airway mucosa.

Our therapeutics are comprised of ions endogenous to human airways and delivered by aerosol to restore mucosal hydration for the treatment of respiratory conditions, such as chronic cough, and cardiovascular conditions, such as hypertension.
